My First Batch Made....

This is the first batch of cupcakes i made...not so perfect but wonderful for the first time!
My kids was sooooo excited to bite into them!

The Beginning Of Shack-O-Sugar

Hello everyone!! Let me start off with introducing myself... My name is Natasha and i am married to a very loving husband and i am also a young mom of 3 beautiful children at the age of 25 years. My family is the most important to me in life. And GOD who has blessed me with this hands of talent... How Shack-O-Sugar begin to develop??? Only a few months back when i succeeded at baking my first cake after much pursuance from my cousin Preeya who is the founder of yummymummydelights.com. I used to hate even stepping in to the kitchen and it was really confusing when i thought about it as my Filipino Chinese mom was a really great cook especially at pastries and breads and my Swiss German dad was an executive cook! so i really wondered where they had passed all their talents too...little did i know that it was just deep down in me waiting and just awaiting for the right moment to emerge... After succeeding with the first cake, i was really proud and excited to try another!!...and another....and another....and another...and it just kept going... soon i found myself finding any possible reason or excuse to just go to the kitchen and get out my mixing bowls to start the process of mixing and blending to form the perfect invention! From then on, everything i read in a recipe wasn't a different language any longer. Now i take orders for any possible occasion or no occasion at all...baking the most yummiest and most adorable cakes and cupcakes to suit my customers personalities. And recently added a few not so sugary dishes to the menu such as Quiches, Party Sandwiches and Mac & Cheese..and hopefully, much more to come!!
